Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. The senior administrator will support one or more departments in software engineering in multiple location with the United States across multiple time zones. The administrator will take direction and tasking from the software department leads as well as section leads as needed. This position will be located onsite in State College, PA.

Requirements

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree(or other 2-year post high school training)with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
  • Ability to keep current on Raytheon standard tools/processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to collaborate with other admins to accomplish tasks
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with company policies
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple software engineering departments - local to State College and in other geographic locations
  • Manage calendar/schedules for Associate Directors
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and reserve facilities
  • Coordinate business travel through the corporate travel agency and assist with expense reports
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, order supplies, work with the onboarding systems to efficiently onboard the employees
