This role supports our Boston office, the hub for New England operations, combining high-level administrative and office management support to keep projects and people moving. Working closely with teams, manage the office environment, and handle day-to-day needs with flexibility and independence. Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative or office management experience
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Basic knowledge of HR, Health & Safety, IT, and fleet management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry is strongly preferred
  • Experience with HRIS, CRM, or project management systems
  • Comfortable using dashboards, UKG, Deltek, or similar platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Teams
  • Experience improving office processes or implementing new systems
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Responsibilities

  • Handling daily office management and administrative tasks
  • Support HR activities such as on-boarding, employee paperwork, and general team requests
  • Help manage Health & Safety, including tracking compliance and ordering PPE as needed
  • Assist with the local IT program, supporting new hires and existing employees with technology needs
  • Manage fleet operations, including vehicle assignments and maintenance
