About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Program Specialist. In this role, you will provide a broad range of support services to our Business Unit, customers, Managers, and Director. This includes supporting the delivery and execution of our current contracted services, building relationships with customers, engaging with Project Engineering, Gazebo, IT, and others in the delivery of these contracted services. This role is responsible for helping the team achieve customer score card metrics, revenue, and GM targets. This role will also evolve program services, tracking and reporting program performance, improving existing internal team processes, identifying opportunities to develop and implement new processes, and providing high level organizational and operational support.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or higher with preference for business, finance, engineering, or other applicable degree.
  • 4+ years of work experience in a technically focused, customer service role.
  • Previous experience managing multiple customers and programs across multiple locations.
  • Previous experience supporting multiple customers and programs across national and international locations.
  • Experience communicating with, and reporting to, individuals throughout an organizational hierarchy.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with continuous improvement programs desirable.
  • Experience in the energy industry is preferred.
  • Current Certified Energy Manager (CEM), or eligible to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall support to the Business Unit.
  • Assist with identification and implementation of improvements to existing internal processes.
  • Manage invoicing process for corporate energy management and customer direct work.
  • Develop services and proposals with assigned customer teams.
  • Develop and maintain project workflows for utility program work and corporate energy management work as needed.
  • Assist with new team members onboarding, including coordinating with internal teams for training. Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve this process.
  • Provide support for starting up and executing energy/decarbonization programs with single to multi-site industrial clients.
  • Track, report, and recommend programs services to achieve customer performance goals.
  • Track, and administrate the delivery of contracted services, achieving targets, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with other members of the CEM team to continuously improve processes, drive performance and maximize savings for our customers.
  • Partner with the Gazebo/IT team in the delivery of existing Energy Management and Information Systems.
  • Contribute to the growth of the business through new and existing customers.
  • Continuously evolve and implement program services that will result in long-term customer satisfied customers.
