Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs. This role supports the Head of Market Access Shared Services and the broader Market Access Shared Services organization, providing day-to-day operational and administrative coordination across a dynamic, cross-functional team. The position also supports the Head of Trade and both home office and field-based Trade teams. This coordinator serves as a connective hub across the organization — managing meeting logistics, maintaining agendas, and ensuring workstreams stay on track and within agreed-upon parameters. A core responsibility includes entering, maintaining, and managing contracts across the Shared Services and Trade functions, supporting the full contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and ongoing administration. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to interface effectively with Shared Services and Trade leadership and their departments, as well as key internal partners including Legal, Finance, and People & Culture, among others. Success in this role depends on the ability to navigate a matrixed environment, prioritize competing demands, and serve as a reliable point of coordination for senior leaders and their teams.
