About The Position

The Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for compiling, recording, and analyzing routine accounts receivable transactions while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records through detailed invoice processing and reconciliation across domestic and foreign currency transactions. The ideal candidate brings strong ERP system experience, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset to support internal teams and external vendors in a fast-paced corporate accounting environment.

Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle accounts receivable or accounts payable experience
Strong experience with purchase orders and two-way and three-way matching
Hands-on experience with Concur and Oracle
Solid background in accounting, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
Familiarity with SAP and invoice processing systems

Experience working with ERP platforms and invoice workflow systems

Responsibilities

Compile, record, and analyze routine accounts receivable transactions
Ensure all transactions comply with corporate policies and established procedures
Manage and maintain invoice data entry for assigned letter ranges or vendor categories in both domestic and foreign currencies
Apply strong technical and analytical skills to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
Utilize two-way and three-way purchase order matching processes
Leverage working knowledge of ERP systems and invoice workflow tools
Perform vendor account analysis and account reconciliations
Review and reconcile vendor statements to resolve discrepancies
Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal stakeholders and external vendors
