This person will be responsible for managing relationships with our accounts, acting as their main point of contact, and delivering exceptional service. This role will require frequent travel up to 20% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-Managed, with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Manage Agent Relationships – Provide expedited service to agents, individualized training, and liaison between internal departments for a seamless customer experience.
  • Business Strategy – Make decisions and recommendations for ProAg and our agents based on your thorough understanding of the industry.
  • Industry Knowledge – Advise agents and business leaders on key compliance matters such as sales closing date, acreage reporting date, fund designation, and accounting cutoff.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of crop insurance and ProAg’s Standard Business Agreement (SRA).
