Position Summary The Senior Accounting Manager leads accounting operations and ensures accurate, timely financial reporting. This role oversees rebate accounting, strengthens internal controls, supports audits, and develops a high‑performing accounting team. You’ll also partner with senior leaders to support business initiatives and drive process improvements through automation. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals Oversee rebate accounting, including receipts, payments, and reserves Design and maintain strong internal controls and support SOX testing and audits Serve as a subject‑matter expert on rebate‑related business initiatives and new contracts Review key reserves and recommend adjustments to senior management Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency Partner with internal teams, auditors, and senior leaders (VPs, Directors) What You Bring Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities Advanced Excel and strong understanding of how systems process data Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid accounting knowledge and attention to detail Collaborative mindset with strong problem‑solving skills Leadership and people‑management experience
