About The Position
The Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting, financial reporting and analysis, tax and audit support, process improvements, and to mentor junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CA preferred
- 5–7 years progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
- 5+ years hands -on SAP experience (advanced user)
- Strong analytical, ethical, and numerical skills; adaptable and tech -savvy
Responsibilities
- Lead day -to -day accounting: AP, AR, GL; ensure GAAP -compliant records
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis; recommend improvements
- Prepare tax filings and maintain compliance with current regulations
- Coordinate internal and external audits; produce audit schedules
- Identify and implement process efficiencies and automation
- Supervise and coach junior accounting team members
