Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced understanding of accounting fundamentals and principles (IFRS and GAAP)
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, collaborate effectively within teams, motivate others, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and lead for the team’s staff accountants.
  • Analyze financial statement reports, confirm accuracy of general ledger and inventories
  • Assist management in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Balance sheet reconciliation completion and approvals for assigned accounts.
  • Complete ad hoc projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
  • Respond to questions, issues, and communicate responses to internal customers and other functional areas.
