Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification is a plus.
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution environments.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
A proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years professional accounting experience.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
Experience with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to mentor and collaborate effectively within a team.
Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and timeliness.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insightful reports for management.
Manage accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate ledger balances.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies, leveraging your expertise to maintain best practices.
Mentor junior accounting staff, fostering growth and teamwork within the department.
