Located at our Field Support Center in Phoenix, AZ, you will be at the heart of our operations, working alongside a dynamic team dedicated to excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution environments.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years professional accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Experience with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to mentor and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and timeliness.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insightful reports for management.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate ledger balances.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies, leveraging your expertise to maintain best practices.
  • Mentor junior accounting staff, fostering growth and teamwork within the department.
