About The Position

T2 Systems, a leader in parking and mobility technology, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team on a full-time basis. This position plays a key role in supporting daily accounting operations and month end close.
The ideal candidate brings strong general accounting skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can quickly learn new systems and processes. This role offers exposure to large-scale ERP implementation and the opportunity to contribute to process improvement in a modern, technology-driven environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close procedures.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Quick learner who can operate independently in a hybrid work environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Blackline or similar reconciliation tools preferred.
• ERP system experience (Oracle Fusion, Great Plains, SAP, or NetSuite) a plus.
• Capitalized labor accounting experience is a nice-to-have but can be taught.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting documentation
• Manage accounting and reporting for payroll and capitalized labor
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and analyze and research variances to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage daily treasury activities, reconcile bank accounts and report cash position on a weekly basis
• Perform quarterly inventory warehouse counts, coordinate truck inventory counts, and complete reconciliation back to the general ledger
• Assist in management and preparation of audit schedules
• Contribute to process documentation and identify efficiency opportunities for improvement
