STV is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our corporate accounting team. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week in office) and can be located in one of the following offices: Atlanta, GA, Douglassville, PA, Philadelphia, PA, or Charlotte, NC. Note that there will be period travel needed to our Douglassville office as needed. Job responsibilities include: Support the company's income tax process, including the preparation of financial information for external service providers Prepare and/or review federal and multistate income and franchise tax returns Coordinate timely tax payments to various income tax authorities. Maintain, review, and reconcile tax accounts, and proactively resolve discrepancies Prepare various indirect tax returns, such as sales and use, personal property, business licenses and other tax filings Conduct technical research to address tax issues Support company tax audits, respond to tax notices, and facilitate timely resolution of other tax matters under the guidance of the Sr.Tax Manager Serve as a resource for tax department management, assisting with day-to-day issues and inquiries arising from all company areas Completes other special projects as assigned Required Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, supported by a minimum of 6 years' work experience as a corporate accountant or 3 years' work experience in public accounting Active CPA license in your work state required Strong organizational & communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to meet highly detailed reporting requirements Effective prioritization and multitasking skills, especially under tight deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office suite of products Compensation Range: $71,981.92 - $95,975.90 Don’t meet every single requirement?
