About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC (FI, CO, PA) finance modules.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas and PIVOT tables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Assist in the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Oversee the intercompany billing process is completed timely and correct.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support financial planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve financial reporting.
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
