About The Position
The Senior Accountant reports to the Accounting Manager and serves as a key contributor to the accounting team. This role partners closely with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient month-end processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills who can communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close responsibilities.
- Experience preparing account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with large ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics SL preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review month-end journal entries.
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Support intercompany and intracompany reconciliations.
- Assist with audit requests and documentation.
- Support internal controls and maintain process documentation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
- Consolidate and optimize month-end procedures and workflows.
