What You’ll Do As a Senior Accountant , you’ll be a key player in keeping our financial operations strong, accurate, and compliant. You’ll work closely with leadership and teams across the organization, providing the financial clarity that helps drive confident decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Nice To Haves
- CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and confidence
- Manage reconciliations, cash management, AP/AR oversight, payroll support, benefits, and asset tracking
- Partner with department leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, multi-state tax requirements, payroll taxes, and filing deadlines
- Support timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings
- Assist with internal and external audits and maintain strong accounting controls
- Mentor junior accounting staff and work cross-functionally to improve processes and outcomes
