What You’ll Do As a Senior Accountant , you’ll be a key player in keeping our financial operations strong, accurate, and compliant. You’ll work closely with leadership and teams across the organization, providing the financial clarity that helps drive confident decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • CPA or progress toward CPA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and confidence
  • Manage reconciliations, cash management, AP/AR oversight, payroll support, benefits, and asset tracking
  • Partner with department leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, multi-state tax requirements, payroll taxes, and filing deadlines
  • Support timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings
  • Assist with internal and external audits and maintain strong accounting controls
  • Mentor junior accounting staff and work cross-functionally to improve processes and outcomes
