This includes, but not limited to: T Thorough knowledge of the P&L and Balance Sheet, as well as the impact of journal entries to all financial statements. Individual should have strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management. Individual will be required to guide staff accountants when necessary and in the absence of manager. Under moderate supervision, performs full performance professional level accounting work, processes financial transactions, prepares financial records, reports and invoices; and guides management through financial decision making to ensure compliance with fiscal rules and polices in accordance with using grant guidelines, including GAAP, GASB, FASB accounting regulations, and 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).
