Support the Financial Services Team in the areas of general accounting including accounting processes, internal controls/audits, reconciliations, analysis, and payroll oversight. Supervise direct reports, including but not limited to personnel management, training, and development. Monitors, analyzes, and reconciles various general ledger accounts monthly. Prepares and performs review of Work papers for external audits. Conduct bi-weekly payroll audits and ensure accuracy of payroll accounting.Work closely with the Navigators worldwide partnership by providing support in the areas of financial grants, budgeting, and annual expense reporting. Assist in testing, maintaining, and monitoring accounting and financial systems, and data integrity on a regular basis. Ensures regulatory compliance and adequate internal controls. Research and stay up to date with payroll compliance requirements. Submit personal and approve employee expense reports according to policy guidelines.
