This role requires sound judgment, analysis, and processing of extensive inquiries while ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and DOL requirements for multiple plans like 403(b) and 401(k) defined contributions, defined benefits, and numerous adoption agreements. Specialists must be proficient with a complex recordkeeping system and various software applications to maintain the integrity of personal and financial data.
