The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing specific key client accounts and maintaining an excellent client relationship. The Senior Account Manager establishes budgets with the client, is there for conflict resolution, ensures timely deliverables, writes creative briefs and supports client financials in partnership with Account leadership and operations. They are also in charge of contracts and contract renewals, quality control on the account, and actively pursues new opportunities with the client. Above all, the Senior Account Manager knows more about the accounts than anyone else in the agency; s/he is the go-to person for that client.
