About The Position

As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead complex, consultative sales conversations with healthcare providers making high-value equipment decisions. You will be supported by unbiased subject matter experts, proprietary data, and a diverse, brand-agnostic marketplace, giving you the freedom to recommend what’s best. Senior Account Managers support clinicians at every step through buying, selling, trading, financing, servicing, and training with transparency, expertise, and technology-first solutions. With access to new and refurbished equipment to meet any budget, along with lending partners that support a wide range of credit profiles, this role is designed for Senior Account Managers who thrive owning the full sales cycle and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of success in B2B full‑cycle sales with a proven record of exceeding quota
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience managing pipeline and forecasting in a CRM
  • High energy, self‑directed, and competitive
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Park City, Utah

Nice To Haves

  • MedTech, aesthetic, dental, or healthcare sales background
  • Proven ability to sell consultatively—not transactionally
  • Experience with $50K+ or complex deal structures
  • Formal sales methodology training (Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
  • Sales background in high‑growth founder‑led companies

Responsibilities

  • Lead high‑quality discovery conversations with inbound and targeted outbound prospects to uncover clinical needs, growth goals, and operational challenges
  • Architect sales solutions across new and pre‑owned devices, trade‑to‑upgrade programs, service, and training
  • Deliver brand‑agnostic recommendations to clients using MRP’s marketplace, LaserMatch, Smart Center insights, and SME support
  • Manage negotiations and close high‑value transactions with transparency and trust
  • Maintain a disciplined sales cadence and robust pipeline using Salesforce CRM and data‑driven forecasting
  • Conduct approximately strategic outbound calls to expand territory coverage
  • Manage after‑hours and weekend lead activity as needed
