About The Position

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for servicing and maintaining a large portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams at Creatacor. This role ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering strong client relationships through clearmunication and strategic support. The SAM coordinates internal resources, manages administrative and project tasks, and delivers custom solutions tailored to client needs. In addition to day-to-day account management, the SAM contributes to business development efforts, identifies new opportunities, and supports the training and development of Account Managers and Coordinators. Delegation and oversight of supporting team members may be required, with full responsibility retained to ensure consistent and exceptional service across all accounts. Strongmunication, relationship-building, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead major client projects and events from concept throughpletion.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's brand, goals, and product line.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, production, and execution.
  • Maintain and update client event schedules and inventories.
  • Ensure accounts remain profitable and continuously grow.
  • Serve as the main client point of contact, providing proactivemunication and support.
  • Regularly update the Account Executive on project status and issues; act as backup when needed.
  • Coordinate all installation and dismantle requirements and schedules with Project Management, Logistics, and venue contacts to ensure seamless on-site execution.
  • Travel to support major events and client presentations as required.
  • Support the development of proposals and presentations for new and potential clients.
  • Attend meetings, capabilities presentations, and assist in winning new business.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
  • Contribute to Creatacor's marketing, strategy, and business planning initiatives.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and estimates.
  • Monitor internal and external costs to achieve or exceed forecasted profitability.
  • Communicate budget adjustments promptly for client approval.
  • Conduct final project reconciliations for billing accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date project information within Creatacor's systems.
  • Participate in weekly production meetings and provide project updates.
  • Generate internal documentation (estimates, POs, work orders, reports).
  • Coordinate with Design, Graphics, Project Management, Fabrication, and Logistics teams.
  • Review 3D models, drawings, and production details for accuracy.
  • Schedule and manage fabrication, shipping, and on-site install/dismantle logistics.
  • Facilitate pre-shipping reviews, post-show inspections, and project debriefs.
  • Source and manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Create and manage purchase orders and service confirmations.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and track cost variances.
  • Oversee the production of graphics and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure every project meets or exceeds client expectations and Creatacor's quality benchmarks.
  • Assist with internal reporting and annual client reviews.
  • Support training and mentorship of Account Managers and Coordinators.
  • Uphold and promote Creatacor's values of creativity, collaboration, and exceptional service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
