We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to own and grow our existing customer base in the US. This is a critical revenue role focused on account expansion, upsell, and long-term customer value. As an Account Manager, you act as the commercial owner of a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers. You work closely with Customer Success to identify growth opportunities, source expansion pipeline, and drive adoption across additional teams, regions, and use cases. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long term customer relationships, understands how to monetize value over time, and wants to help shape how Account Management is done in a high growth SaaS company.
