The role is for a commercially accountable Retail Partnerships Manager, responsible for leading enterprise revenue growth across a portfolio of Auror’s most strategic Tier 1 retail customers. This includes direct ownership of expansion, renewals, and long-term Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) performance within 3-5 enterprise accounts post-initial sale. The manager will drive commercial strategy, identify and close upsell opportunities, and manage renewal negotiations, collaborating with Customer Success to ensure value realization. This position involves executive engagement and enterprise sales strategy to drive revenue growth and build long-term strategic partnerships.
