Discover more at www.asteralabs.com . Position Summary As a key member of the Sales team, you will be entrusted with strategic ownership of hyperscale customer accounts. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in dynamic environments and is motivated to expand their impact within a high-performing organization. You will drive revenue growth, build deep customer relationships, and act as a catalyst for scaling team success—taking initiative, anticipating needs, and executing with precision. In addition to delivering on current revenue goals, you will be responsible for proactively creating and building a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring we are well-positioned to capture future revenue targets and sustain long-term growth. Success in this role means not only achieving ambitious targets but also proactively expanding responsibilities and influence across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred); Master’s degree is a plus
  • 8-15 years’ experience in semiconductor or datacenter/connectivity sales or field roles
  • Proven track record of winning complex SoC/silicon design wins
  • Strong network within cloud service providers and OEMs
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling [specific products or services, e.g., SaaS, hardware, software].
  • Knowledge of the Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and key players.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
