As a Middle Market Commercial Senior Account Manager, you will manage an assigned book of business of $500K+ in revenue. Your primary responsibility will be retaining clients through excellent customer service and maintaining accurate client information in company systems. You will work in a collaborative team environment, providing mentorship to Associate Account Managers and Team Assistants as applicable.
