About The Position

Delta Galil USA, Inc. is a global manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label apparel products for men, women and children. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience managing wholesale accounts in the apparel industry
  • Must have Department store and off-price experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
  • Resourceful, organized, highly dependable and detail oriented
  • Demonstrated creativity and ingenuity in developing successful strategies for business growth
  • Confident presenter with the ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute projects efficiently from start to finish
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong understanding of retail math, include.ng margin, markup, sell-through, turn, and profitability analysis to support data-driven decision making
  • Brings a proactive, innovative mindset to challenge the status quo and deliver fresh, impactful solutions

  • Prior experience in intimates and sleep strongly preferred
  • NuOrder, Skypad, Qlikview experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day account management to deliver exceptional service and ensure alignment with account goals and expectations.
  • Manage key retail partnerships across North America—including Macy’s, Dillard’s, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, and Belk—with a professional, relationship-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Design, Client Services, Planning, and Production.
  • Effectively communicate and manage all business changes with accounts and internal teams. This includes special customer requests, promotional commitments, conflict resolution and additional service needs.
  • Develop deep product knowledge, understand the accounts’ culture and business processes in order to excel in service.
  • Maintain an advanced understanding of the marketplace through regular communication, monitoring retail pricing, assortment surveys, feature ad tracking and market visits.
  • Manage e-commerce website needs, upload product images, input product info, and complete worksheets.
  • Process sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports.
  • Track sales trends and adjust strategies to drive results.
  • Manage retailer forms, chargebacks and margin assistance.
  • Communicate with client services throughout order process, monitoring fulfillment and shipping status.
  • Compile market proposal decks and market recaps.
  • Drive business growth by proactively identifying and securing new wholesale accounts.
  • Work closely with logistics to ensure shipping goals are met.
  • Perform market follow up and ensure timely delivery of literature and samples.
  • Must possess advanced Excel skills and a strong working knowledge of retail math.
