Aligned with Account Executive function to support renewal process and to act as primary point of contact for handling customer concerns, account issues and escalated support inquiries for defined group of existing Commercial accounts. Responsible for overall satisfaction and proactive retention of customers through knowledge of their core business and products and for ensuring solutions meet customer needs. Performs other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in consultative sales or account management, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills that foster trust and collaboration. They will possess a deep understanding of healthcare and insurance products, particularly self-insured models, and demonstrate the ability to lead teams and influence both internal and external stakeholders. A results-driven mindset, combined with financial acumen and a commitment to client satisfaction and retention, will be essential for success in this role.
