As a Senior Account Manager, you will develop and own relationships with clients, working closely with your team and cross-functional partners to understand customer opportunities and deliver relevant solutions. The role requires you to stay sales-focused, take initiative, and effectively multi-task in a changing environment to help expand the client relationship and investment. You will be an advisor and consultant, as well as a client advocate within Google. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Ads, YouTube, CM360, DV360, or similar digital advertising/tech platforms.
  • Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products/platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate advanced value to customers while maintaining account hygiene.
  • Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve business growth goals.
  • Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
  • Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified promote Opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
