About The Position

This position is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management as well as overseeing your location team. The ideal candidate will have previous Shuttle management experience, with a hospital focus also being a top asset. Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight Established experience with scheduling, Payroll and Dispatch as well as experience with Shuttle fleets. Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required. You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with management experience in the Transportation, Customer Service, and/or Hospital shuttle Industries. You are a “roll-up-the-sleeves and get-stuff-done” type of person who is organized, honest and thoughtful. Your friends describe you as trustworthy, loyal and dependable. Responsibilities

  • Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees.
  • Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relations.
  • Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
  • Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports.
  • Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track shuttles to ensure timely delivery of passengers.
  • Maintain vehicle records and provide maintenance reporting to the Area manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our client.
  • Respond to operational issues when needed (at times, after normal business hours).
  • Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both our organization and our client.
