Requirements

  • Emotional intelligence and magical powers for outstanding client relations and customer service for large event-based operations.
  • Minimum three years of demonstrated management experience for large front-line employee teams within the Shuttle and transportation Industry.
  • Established experience with scheduling, Payroll and Dispatch as well as experience with Shuttle fleets.
  • Strong talent to engage and motivate team members.
  • Proven ability to plan and organize workloads by establishing priorities and respecting deadlines.
  • You have a flexible schedule meaning that the position may require working weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with client focus, and an ability to work with all staff levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, and ADP

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the daily operations within assigned area of responsibility perform in accordance of company policy by ensuring each location is properly staffed, and follows set opening and closing procedures.
  • Assists Area Managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational issues.
  • Develops and maintains excellent client relations .
  • Ensures all facilities within the area of responsibility operate in accordance with company policy including equipment maintenance, proper and accurate signage and customer service standards.
  • Reviews and evaluates audits to ensure integrity of the shuttle operation.
