Requirements

  • Strong professional experience in paid marketing with deep expertise in digital channels.
  • Proficiency in major paid media platforms, including Google Search, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, and display.
  • Excellent account management capabilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Robust optimization skill set, including campaign structure development, keyword research and management, bidding strategies, ad copywriting/testing, search strategy integration, and landing page optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.
  • Understanding of paid media measurement strategies.
  • Full-funnel marketing experience, including Brand Lift studies, Share of Voice (SOV) reporting, A/B testing, and execution of varied ad formats.
  • Strong understanding of the evolving paid media landscape and enthusiasm for new channels and innovations.
  • Awareness of marketing privacy changes (e.g., Google Privacy Sandbox, third‑party cookie deprecation).
  • Ability to extract insights from raw data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience producing financial proposals and media plans.
  • Experience with performance management for Display and/or Paid Social, including auction dynamics, bidding, and optimization practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to follow brand guidelines when producing PowerPoint materials.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to meet fixed deadlines while managing multiple client needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and provide accurate, timely feedback at all organizational levels.
  • Customer- and client-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated initiative and flexibility in achieving desired outcomes.
  • Strong numeracy skills with experience analyzing and manipulating data via spreadsheets.
  • Active user and advocate of social media, with a clear perspective on the impact of platforms such as X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Snapchat, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Own the paid media brief and media plans, overseeing all aspects of the campaign lifecycle—from strategy and ideation through execution, measurement, optimization, and reporting.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns directly within platform environments.
  • Partner closely with account teams and key stakeholders to develop initiative strategies and plans.
  • Build and manage relationships with paid digital platforms; stay informed on emerging products, beta opportunities, and industry developments.
  • Manage day‑to-day execution of multiple paid campaigns across awareness, consideration, and acquisition objectives, including campaign setup, delivery, and reporting.
  • Use data-driven insights to rapidly iterate and improve performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Manage paid media budgets to ensure alignment with agreed targets and maximize return on investment.
  • Track and share industry trends across media and technology to support innovation.
  • Produce client-ready reporting that includes performance results, insights, recommendations, and proactive solutions.
