Requirements

  • Influencer Marketing Pro: With 5+ years in influencer marketing, ad-tech, or digital media, you're a master of brand deals—from negotiating CPMs and deliverables to fine-tuning contracts like a pro.
  • Relentless Executor: You excel in fast-paced, ever-evolving settings. No pre-written guide? No problem—you're the one who thrives on creating it amid the thrill of the chase.
  • Client-Facing Dynamo: You've honed your skills in high-pressure client interactions, gliding through intricate approvals with poise, professionalism, and a knack for keeping everyone aligned.
  • Tech-Savvy Innovator: Data is your ally in decision-making, and you're pumped to evolve from hands-on tools like spreadsheets to sleek, automated dashboards that amplify efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own Brand Relationships: Become the go-to expert for brand partners, steering expectations from the electrifying kickoff call to triumphant campaign wrap-up and renewal. Build trust, anticipate needs, and turn partnerships into long-term success stories.
  • Execution & Delivery: Transform ambitious brand visions into precision-engineered campaigns. Handpick top creators, oversee content approvals and revisions, and nail those critical go-live moments for flawless, buzz-worthy outcomes.
  • Performance Reporting: Keep a vigilant eye on campaign momentum in real-time. Spot potential hurdles early, pivot with agility, and deliver compelling post-campaign insights that showcase undeniable ROI and drive repeat business.
  • Define the Workflow: In our dynamic, innovation-driven environment, you'll craft and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding and matching—laying the groundwork that will power our automated systems.
  • Collaborate with Product: Partner closely with the Head of Brands and VP of Product to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities. Your frontline experiences will inspire the smart, scalable tools that elevate our platform to new heights.
