About The Position

As a Senior Account Executive on our Retail Experience team, you will gain exposure to top tier brands while working with teammates and cross-functional teams that bring a wealth of knowledge to each project. You will be supported by an Associate Account Executive and/or an Account Executive, giving you the opportunity to manage and mentor lower-level team members. Responsible for the day-to-day execution of client campaigns, you will cover everything from implementation to internal and external quality assurance, including effective delivery of the finalized product. This role will lead and execute processes and procedures designed to support the delivery of client programs. You will regularly collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the agency to gain a full understanding behind the strategies, creative, and business metrics/financials that go into each project.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in relevant marketing promotion and/or account management experience within an agency environment
  • Desire to deliver innovative solutions, executional excellence, and process optimizations
  • Adept at anticipating client needs and offering innovative solutions
  • Relevant experience with strategic planning and execution to drive diverse and complex projects
  • Comfortable with a certain level of project ambiguity, and the flexibility to handle a changing environment
  • Versed in leading, establishing and motivating team members across multiple business lines to improve overall delivery and streamline efficiencies
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented
  • Experience collaborating with Creative teams by leading concepting/brainstorming sessions and translating ideas
  • Self-motivated and proactive with superior organization skills and stellar attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Familiarity with project/task management tools such as Airtable

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead day-to-day responsibilities of delivery of client's programs within the current REx processes
  • Help support & maintain scope deliverables, identifying risks and developing contingencies
  • Build and maintain client relationships based on trust, success, and executional excellence
  • Solicit input from cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence
  • Drives operations and processes to realize potential and efficiencies by partnering with internal teams such as: Strategy, Business Operations, Creative, Marketing Operations, and Production
  • Support new idea feasibility and identifies alternate solutions, in partnership with Account Director
  • Manage programs with varying deadlines and manage and prioritize several projects simultaneously
  • Manage junior account delivery staff, delegating, managing capacity, proactively identifying rotation opportunities
  • Support new idea feasibility and problem solve alternate solutions, in partnership with Account Supervisor and Director
  • Coordinate, releases and schedules process and procedures for client functionality
