About The Position

We're looking for a seasoned, strategic Senior Account Executive to take on our most complex, highest-value opportunities. You'll carry a national book of business targeting the largest freight brokers, 3PLs, and logistics networks in the country and own deals with significant ARR potential from start to finish. This is a role for someone who's been in the trenches of enterprise SaaS sales, knows how to navigate large organizations, and can go toe-to-toe with C-suite and VP-level buyers. You'll help set the standard for how we sell and play, and you'll play a direct role in shaping our GTM motion as we scale.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in full-cycle enterprise B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals (six-figure+ ARR)
  • Experienced in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles across large organizations
  • You know how to build a pipeline and also how to protect and accelerate existing deals
  • Strong executive presence you're comfortable in the room with VPs and C-level buyers
  • High ownership mentality you treat your territory like a business
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and energized by the challenge of building something new

Nice To Haves

  • Deep experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or supply chain
  • Familiarity with AI/ML products or automation workflows
  • Experience selling into operations or technology teams at large logistics orgs
  • Background in a high-growth or early-stage SaaS company

Responsibilities

  • Own a national portfolio of target accounts — freight brokers, 3PLs, and carriers at scale
  • Run complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals with significant deal sizes and long sales cycles
  • Build deep executive relationships across operations, technology, and the C-suite
  • Lead discovery, scoping, and business case development in partnership with Solutions Engineers and leadership
  • Deliver high-impact demos and pilots that clearly connect Augment's AI to the customer's bottom line
  • Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline — you know the difference between pipeline and pipeline
  • Mentor junior AEs and help shape the team's playbooks, processes, and approach to enterprise selling
  • Feed strategic insights back to Product, Marketing, and leadership to sharpen our roadmap and positioning
