About The Position

Please note, the salary on display is the base, commission is separate. The vision for the North American sales team is to expand significantly in the coming years, and roughly double the size of the North American ARR and sales team headcount in a 2-3 year period. This growth will be made possible by the expansion of several core lines of business in the region (Chemical Manager, EcoEHS, D4H), and with this growth will come significant opportunities for employees that join now (career advancement opportunities, high financial compensation) .

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in account executive roles in a SaaS company, with experience selling to enterprise corporations
  • A positive attitude and highly driven personality to develop their pipeline and over-achieve personal and assigned targets
  • Experience of the full software solutions life cycle
  • Professionally represent EcoOnline at C-suite and senior manager level
  • Strong commercial acumen, discovery and analysis, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to follow through and meet deadlines
  • Bachelors degree level (preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • EHS market knowledge/experience and SaaS sales experience are considerable advantages.

Responsibilities

  • Attain assigned sales and new pipeline generation targets
  • Update CRM and meet sales funnel hygiene standards
  • Accurately forecast the close dates for opportunities, and submit weekly sales forecasts for the current month and quarter
  • Work collaboratively with other supporting team members to sales (business development, customer success, solutions, etc.)
  • Meet standards for professional conduct in the workplace
  • The proven ability to meet and exceed targets while working in a fast-paced, high pressure but fun environment
  • The proven ability to prospect new sales opportunities and self generate sales leads
  • The role involves all aspects of the sales cycle, including opportunity prospecting and cold outreach to book meetings, solution and portfolio overview presentations, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and deal closure
  • Ability to build new fruitful business relationships at all levels (incl. C-suite)
  • Responsible for accurately forecasting and maintaining the company CRM
  • The role is a combination of inside sales and field sales, and candidates will be expected to visit new potential clients in US & Canada (as required).
  • Represent the company at trade events, award ceremonies and exhibitions
