About The Position

360view is a tourism and hospitality earned media–focused PR agency working with brands to secure high-impact coverage and execute thoughtful, integrated campaigns. We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who can own execution, drive consistent results, and contribute to strategy . This is a role for someone who is close to stepping into an Account Manager position and is ready for more responsibility. While our campaigns may include influencer components, this role is rooted in earned media leadership and execution . Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of public relations experience (agency preferred)
  • Proven ability to pitch and secure meaningful media coverage
  • Experience in hospitality and tourism PR preferred
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills

Nice To Haves

  • Track record of securing notable or top-tier placements
  • Existing media relationships you actively leverage
  • Ability to think strategically while executing efficiently
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members

Responsibilities

  • Lead earned media execution across multiple client accounts
  • Consistently secure high-quality media placements
  • Develop and pitch strong, timely story angles
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts
  • Write and refine press materials and messaging
  • Support influencer initiatives as part of integrated campaigns
  • Mentor Account Executives and contribute to team development
  • Participate in strategy, planning, and client communications
