We’re looking for a social media community management expert with strong hands-on experience running Surprise & Delight, giveaway, and fan engagement programs from start to finish. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging winners, managing notification and communications, coordinating prize ordering and fulfillment, monitoring and responding to UGC, maintaining accurate campaign workflows in Monday.com, and delivering clear updates to client teams. The right candidate is a highly organized community and campaign operator who knows how to move fast, stay precise, and keep both internal teams and clients informed.
