Locations Atlanta Chicago Dallas Denver New York City Metro What You'll Do Drive new business development for Salesforce consulting services Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts Partner with marketing teams on inbound opportunities Build and nurture relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem Deliver solutions for: CRM implementations System optimizations and cleanup Platform migrations Integration projects Managed services and support Required Experience Proven track record selling Salesforce professional services (not licenses) Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem Strong consultative and solution-oriented sales approach Experience uncovering CRM pain points and positioning solutions Stable work history with demonstrated success HubSpot experience is a plus What We Offer Base Salary:175K-$180K OTE: $350K-$360K (2x multiplier, NO CAP) Top performers currently earning $500K+ Comprehensive benefits package Career growth opportunities Quarterly travel (2-3 trips) for customer meetings Performance Expectations Annual quota: $2.5M in booked services revenue Current team members consistently achieving $3M+ Quarterly ramp period provided The Ideal Candidate You're a relationship-driven professional who understands the technical aspects of Salesforce consulting services.
