About The Position

Maleda Tech is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support a high-growth hospitality marketplace platform focused on expanding hotel partnerships across key regions. In this role, you will drive market expansion by identifying new business opportunities, building strong partner relationships, and managing the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to onboarding. You’ll play a critical role in growing high-quality inventory, launching new markets, and shaping go-to-market strategies within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (startup or tech preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • Strategic thinker who can balance execution with long-term planning
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed performance targets (KPIs) across an assigned territory
  • Identify, prospect, and engage new hotel and hospitality partners through research, outreach, and networking
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through deal closure and onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, including independent properties and regional chains
  • Clearly communicate value propositions through calls, email, and in-person meetings
  • Drive new market launches by sourcing supply and coordinating cross-functional efforts
  • Support onboarding and activation of new partners to ensure successful launch
  • Develop scalable strategies to grow inventory and improve partner performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize operations and partner success
