As part of the Microsoft AI Accessibility team, you’ll be the voice of inclusive design, driving impact across Bing, Copilot, Edge, Microsoft News, and Microsoft Advertising. You’ll partner with engineering to deliver experiences that work for everyone, champion accessibility in product roadmaps, and make sure inclusive growth is baked into how we build AI. Expect to engage directly with executives, connect with customers, and turn insights into action at enterprise scale.
