About The Position

ARISE/Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a positive and creative Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a young woman with a developmental disability that lives independently. In this role, you will help her identify and participate in activities of her choosing and assist her with budgeting and learning money management skills. The ideal candidate will have a love for arts and music, good budgeting skills, and have a positive and outgoing personality. The ideal candidate will also be okay with driving as many things that the young woman enjoys doing are a bit of a distance from her home. Related experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required. Please respond with a resume or summary of experience. Hours and days of work , Fridays 9am-4pm to take her to a fun weekly event she would like to do with her peers One Friday night a month to take her to a monthly dance with her peers Payrate: $24.00 Location: Skaneateles

Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.
