This position will oversee the daily operations and outcomes of the Self-Direction and CDPAS programs.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Provide training and supervision to Supervisors, FI Coordinators and support staff Monitor regulatory compliance of programs Monitor customer feedback and work to resolve any complaints and concerns Stay abreast of trends and practices in the field Act as liaison for oversight agencies and partners in the community Maintain and create program procedures, workflows, and protocols Responsible for financial outcomes of the program Ensure all staff are paid correctly Monitor and follow up as necessary on individual budget utilization Manage oversight of Independent Contractors known as Brokers Participate in internal and external meetings and serve as a key contributor to continuous improvement of services Ensure promptness in connecting people to quality care Engage in staff and customer satisfaction Be part of a team that creates diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments where people feel a sense of belonging Responsible for outcomes to annual programmatic goals ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT: Maintain successful working relationships with support programs including Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Finance, and IT Serve as a Middle Leader on the formal leadership team Assignments may be determined at a future date QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES: Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi- task Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environmentAble to effectively utilize a variety of electronic systems such as Microsoft Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and time and attendance systems
