This position will oversee the daily operations and outcomes of the Self-Direction and CDPAS programs.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi- task
  • Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail
  • Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to effectively utilize a variety of electronic systems such as Microsoft Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and time and attendance systems
  • Bachelor’s degree, or
  • Associate’s degree with two years of experience
  • Three years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience supervising self-directed programs
  • Must be capable to sit or stand in front of a computer for long-periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Provide training and supervision to Supervisors, FI Coordinators and support staff
  • Monitor regulatory compliance of programs
  • Monitor customer feedback and work to resolve any complaints and concerns
  • Stay abreast of trends and practices in the field
  • Act as liaison for oversight agencies and partners in the community
  • Maintain and create program procedures, workflows, and protocols
  • Responsible for financial outcomes of the program
  • Ensure all staff are paid correctly
  • Monitor and follow up as necessary on individual budget utilization
  • Manage oversight of Independent Contractors known as Brokers
  • Participate in internal and external meetings and serve as a key contributor to continuous improvement of services
  • Ensure promptness in connecting people to quality care
  • Engage in staff and customer satisfaction
  • Be part of a team that creates diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments where people feel a sense of belonging
  • Responsible for outcomes to annual programmatic goals
  • Maintain successful working relationships with support programs including Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Finance, and IT
  • Serve as a Middle Leader on the formal leadership team
  • Assignments may be determined at a future date
