The Self-Directed Hiring Technician oversees the distribution of hiring events, ensures completion of all required documentation, and supports new hires through each stage of the onboarding process. Serving as the first point of contact for Lifeworks employees, this role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to guiding new employees smoothly through their onboarding journey.
