As our Segment Strategy Manager, you will be the segment owner and business case builder, identifying, prioritizing, and crafting Sila's market-entry strategy for new and innovative target segments. You'll focus on exciting end applications such as robotics, eVTOLs, and other next-generation technologies. This is a high-impact role at the critical intersection of Product, Sales, and Corporate Strategy. You will translate our technical advantages into targeted, profitable, and strategically sound commercial outcomes. Sitting within the MaPS (Marketing, Product, and Strategy) group, you will collaborate extensively with the Product team to inform the roadmap, the Sales team to drive execution, and the Marketing team to craft market-specific content.
