Requirements
- Previous experience in security management or transportation supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Manage Security Operations: Oversee daily security functions, ensuring the safety of residents, staff and visitors.
- Supervise Transportation Services: Coordinate and manage all transportations logistics, including scheduling and staff oversight.
- Implement Policies: Develop and enforce security and transportation policies and procedures.
- Training: Train and mentor security and transportation staff, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Incident Response: Act promptly and effectively in response to security incidents and emergencies.
