About The Position

This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects. He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, administrative support, or security-related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email systems).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow security protocols.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in security, access control systems, or front desk operations.
  • Familiarity with badge systems, visitor management systems (e.g., VMS, Envoy), and/or security camera monitoring.
  • Experience in a corporate facility environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage documentation and records accurately.
  • Ability to make quick, sound decisions during urgent or emergency situations.
