Conduct ongoing risk assessments and translate the church’s vision into actionable safety policies and emergency response plans. Operations & Systems Management: Acts as the first point of contact on campus during the week, creating a positive first impression for all guests. This role requires excellent communication, strong people skills, and the ability to effectively assess and resolve situations. Oversee the maintenance of all security technology, including surveillance, access control, and communication tools. Incident Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for security incidents. Lead response efforts, oversee investigations, and maintain strong partnerships with local law enforcement and emergency services. Team Development & Readiness: Assist with recruiting and coaching a high-caliber team of staff and volunteers. Assist with design and lead regular safety training and drills to ensure organizational readiness and a culture of excellence. Ensure Compliance and Stewardship Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards. Build strong relationships with local law enforcement and emergency response partners. Other duties as assigned Head (Knowledge + Training):
