Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Security Specialist – SME - to support this mission in Tampa, Florida. What you'll do: As a Security Specialist - SME, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include: Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Recognized as an industry leader with domain expertise. May supervise others. Provides authoritative leadership for security administration, shaping clearance processing, classified information protection, and compliance across the TO. Ensures enterprise-wide alignment with command security requirements and directs coordination with customer representatives. Shapes security strategy and oversees enterprise-level clearance and compliance efforts. Directs processing of SF86, DD 254s, VALs, and fingerprinting. Establishes standards for security briefings, education, and procedural enforcement. Interfaces with senior leadership and customer security representatives. Guides integration of security activities into PMP, kickoff meetings, and transition planning. Leads investigations of security violations and implements enterprise-level corrective actions. Maintains and audits internal and corporate security databases. Advises Program Manager and senior staff on security risks and mitigation strategies. Ensures compliance with all aspects of personnel, physical, and administrative security. Recognized for expertise in federal security operations, classified information handling, and clearance management. Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools (task order portal, Microsoft Power Platform [Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate], G Invoicing API, ASSIST portal integration, variance analysis dashboards); Scheduling & Planning Tools (MS Project, GFP management modules, WBS tracking systems); Workflow & Tracking Tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows); Documentation & Knowledge Management Tools (SharePoint libraries, Confluence, Microsoft Search, lessons learned databases, video library repositories); Audit & Compliance Tools (Archer GRC, internal audit portals, Excel/SharePoint audit templates, configuration management database with version control); Reporting & Analytics Tools (Power BI with R/Python integration, Tableau, predictive analytics engines, trend analysis dashboards); Collaboration & Communication Tools (Teams, role based access via Azure AD, mobile access via Power Apps). Utilize the following Role-Specific Tools: DISS, JPAS, Archer GRC, SharePoint.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Security Specialist or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
  • Minimum of 16 years w/o a degree or 14 years with AS/AA or 12 years’ experience with BS/BA or 10 years’ experience with MS/MA or 7 years’ experience with PhD.
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship is required
