About The Position

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Determines manpower requirements and schedules personnel to provide maximum
security coverage with minimum labor costs.
· Maintains and keeps updated list of evicted guests.
· Administers training programs for assigned personnel that will ensure
effective security of gaming and money handing experience.
· Counsels, guides, and instructs personnel on the proper performance of their
duties.
· Performs the function of hiring, training, and developing employee’s skills,
reviewing employee’s performance, and administering discipline.
· Responsible for the preparation and coordination of the annual budget,
including the monitoring of facilities and expenses
· Cooperates with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies of mutual
concern.
· Duties such as interviewing; training; selecting and adjusting rates of pay
and hours of work; directing the work of employees; maintaining production;
appraising employees’ productivity and efficiency for purposes of recommending
promotions or other changes (evaluations)
· Handling employees’ grievances and complaints; disciplining employees;
planning work; providing for safety and security; and monitoring or implementing
legal compliance matters.
